The Hand

Buying a home is probably the single most important financial decision you are ever likely to make. Just looking for the right property can be a stressful time in your life, but it can also be an enjoyable experience. As in most walks of life, being prepared for moving house is the best step you can make. At MortgageWright we have put together an easy to follow six point plan for your benefit:

Buying A Home
  • Find out how much you can borrow to buy the house of your dreams. You can do this by completing our online form.
  • Once you know the amount you can borrow, you have to decide what kind of mortgage and repayment method best suits you. MortgageWright will be able to guide you through this process. There are literally thousands of products out there on offer. Our job at MortgageWright is to find the right solution for you.
  • Once you have found the right mortgage for you and are fully aware of all the costs involved, you are in a position to start looking for your property. As well as visiting estate agents and the local press it is a good idea to search online.
  • Secure the services of a reputable solicitor. One that you know and can trust. If you do not already have a solicitor we are more than willing to recommend one. Please click here
  • Once you have found the right property for you make a formal offer. Always keep in constant contact with your solicitor so that you are ready for completion day.
  • Upon completion. If you have any questions after you have moved into your new property please do not hesitate to contact MortgageWright as we are always there to provide a helping hand should you have any problems.

Please Note
1) Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
