Joint founder of the company, Simon has had many years of experience in the retail sector, and thus understands the importance of good customer service. Working from advisor level right up to Area Sales Manager, it was the lack of good customer care in the financial service industry that drove him to want to create advice with a difference.
Qualified to give investment and pensions advice, Simon decided to dedicate himself to the side of the industry which offered opportunities to help as many people as possible and not only those with large sums of money to invest !

With over sixteen years in the corporate world, and a proven track record, Diana decided that efficiency in the office environment could be achieved so much easier. As operations director, Diana has the hardest job in the company, that of ensuring that all parties are kept happy at all times.
Once your mortgage has been chosen, Diana and the Team will aim to ensure that you get your money from the lender as soon as possible.
